Come along and share your views of the Council’s cycling strategy, and their plans to improve cycling infrastructure as part of the integrated nework map.
City of Cardiff Council has now launched public consultation on the Cardiff Cycling Strategy 2016-2026, which sets out the Council’s vision for cycling over the next 10 years. Full details are available online at www.cardiff.gov.uk/
Public consultation is also continuing on the City of Cardiff Council’s 15-year vision to improve cycling and walking routes across the city, with an Integrated Network Map for walking and cycling. This will meet the requirements of the Active Travel (Wales) Act 2013 to plan for the provision of routes and improvements for active travel. Full details are online at www.cardiff.gov.uk/
Consultation events are being held during February and March where you can view the proposals and have your say. In order to get as much local knowledge as possible we strongly encourage people to examine the routes that they regularly use and comment on the proposed changes.
The closing date for the consultation on the Cycling Strategy and the Integrated Network Map is 28th March 2017.
